Yes, we offer spare parts. We have a few items in stock, everything else is to order. The best way to do this is to stop by our office, send us an email or give us a call.

We are a Dainese D-Air Premium Centre and a certified Alpinestar Tech-Air dealer. We are happy to help you as much as we can, but Alpinestars will send all deployed airbags for repair/refresh. These are not allowed to be restored by dealers. At Dainese we are authorised to restore all D-Air Street products ourselves provided there is no gross damage. All D-Air Racing products must also be sent in. The duration of the repair depends on the extent and the season. (2 weeks up to 1 month)

With the Dainese D-Air Airbag Generation (2024) you can change the cartouche yourself up to 3 times.

Yes, we can install intercoms. Our main brands at the moment are Sena, Cardo, AGV (AGV Insyde), Shoei (SRL,SRL2,SRLEXT, SRL3), HJC (HJC Smart) and Scorpion (Exo-Com). We are experienced in these and will be happy to help you. We can install the intercom for you on request (On site in the store or when ordering from the online shop), which is completely free, if helmet und intercom was bought from us. In other cases, there will be a fee of 30€.

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive all information via E-Mail.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days if the goods are in stock. IF the product is not in stock another shipping date is shown, which is normally the case with 5-7 working days. As the goods have to be delivered to us first, this takes more time. We will contact you in case of delays.

Your order will normally be dispatched in 1-3 working days.. Once it has been sent, theit takes between 2 and 7 working days to arrive by post. This varies depending on the location and workload of the post office/DPD.

However, it is different if you order via express shipping. Order by 14:00 (CET) and the delivery will be made the next working day.

ou have the right to return your order within 2 weeks from receipt of the goods. In original condition you will get your money back within 2 weeks.. In case ofobvious damage or use of the goods we can't accept the return. In this case, we will contact you. No returns will be accepted after the deadline. An exchange is of course possible. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we will send you a replacement product. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, provided it is not an exchange.
