Right of rescission
Français: Le consommateur a le droit de notifier à l'entreprise qu'il renonce à l'achat, sans pénalités et sans indication de motif, dans les 14 jours calendrier à dater du lendemain du jour de la livraison du bien ou de la conclusion du contrat de service. Les frais de retour seront à la charge du client. Sauf s'il s'agit d'un échange ou d'un défaut.
Vlaams: De consument heeft het recht aan de onderneming mee te delen dat hij afziet van de aankoop, zonder betaling van een boete en zonder opgave van motief binnen 14 kalenderdagen vanaf de dag die volgt op de levering van het goed of op het sluiten van de dienstenovereenkomst. De kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant. Tenzij het een omruiling of defect is.
Deutsch: Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Es sei denn, es handelt sich um einen Umtausch oder einen Defekt.
English: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to claim your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stiebinger Motorradbekleidung, Negrellistraße 38, 4600 Wels, Austria, Tel.: +43 664 3725509, E-Mail: shop@stiebinger-motorradbekleidung.at) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the claim of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You are covering the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
1)In the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
2)Products that are custom-made according to your special wishes.
3)Products that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
4)Newspapers, magazines or periodicals

Please note that goods that were delivered to you via MeinEinkauf.ch (this is standard and automated) must also be returned via the MeinEinkauf.ch returns service for customs reasons!

Returns can only be processed under the following conditions:
- If you are planning a return, please contact us (Stiebinger Motorradbekleidung) before posting your parcel to request the return for MeinEinkauf GmbH.
- Please enclose the delivery note issued by MeinEinkauf AG and note on this delivery note which items you are returning. Please enclose the cancellation form below.
- Please use the original packaging in which we sent you your parcel. The barcodes (2022xxxxxx and 8822xxxxxx) on the parcel and the items must NOT be removed.
General instructions
1)Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. ie Kosten für die Rücksendung gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Es sei denn, es handelt sich um einen Umtausch oder einen Defekt.
