Procedure
- Pre - Talk: If you want to get more information first, there is a preliminary discussion. So that we can find out what you really want and we can also recommend the best possible manufacturer for your ideas. The preliminary consultation can be omitted (or added to step 2 "Measuring") if you already know exactly what you want.
- Measure: Shortly after that you will be measured by us personally. It would be important that you think about the design of your leather suit beforehand. Many manufacturers have their own configurators which we have linked below. After that we will collect all information and send it to the manufacturer. Attention: This is not yet the start of production!
- Follow - Up: As a result, we receive a preview of your leather suit. Here you can still make changes, only when you give the "OK" to manufacture it will be produced. Before that you can still add or remove elements.

We do not offer cut combos, but detail combos. In Englisch, this means that you are measured from head to toe and the suit is produced based on this data. So no leather suit off the rack that is adapted to you, but a real leather suit made to measure!

Airbag
Alpinestars
Currently, the Alpinestars airbag is used in some leather suits.
The model Tech-Air 10 system is used at the moment.
Now to the airbag itself: The airbag is fully self-contained, meaning no adjustments are required for bike-to-rider communication, thanks to electronic sensors in the system housing, providing freedom and versatility. When fully inflated, the airbag system provides optimal protection for the back, kidneys, chest, shoulders and hips. The Tech-Air 10 system can also be configured to be used on the road as well as on the track. This is controllable via the free app.

Dainese
In the custom leather suit from Dainese, of course, the D-Air airbag is installed. Depending on the version in the Racing or Road Edition.
Now to the airbag itself: More than 20 years of testing on the most demanding MotoGP tracks made it possible to develop a D-air® specifically for use on the race track. The D-air® Racing automatically detects dangerous situations on the racetrack and is deployed even before the actual impact of the body, thus protecting important parts of the body. The patented microfilament technology inside the airbag ensures even air distribution in the event of deployment. The result is effective protection of every single centimeter.
Materials - Protectors
Leather: Our manufacturers use a "Saugutes" leather - just from the cow or kangaroo. It varies, of course, depending on the manufacturer. But what applies to all is the control before the leather is processed. This is individually controlled whether it meets the standards.
Stretch - Inserts: These are depending on whether an airbag is installed or not, positioned differently or designed larger, so that the airbag when triggered also has space! In addition, the stretch - insert is an important component to feel comfortable in the leather suit. They are of course tear and abrasion resistant and are sometimes reinforced with Kevlar or Aramid.
Protectors: It goes without saying that only CE certified protectors are installed.
