The Gen-Z leather suit from Dainese has been designed to offer the best protection for those who start racing professionally between the ages of 12 and 16. Dainese is launching a suit for young riders with the same technology as the adult models. Like the suits worn by MotoGP™ riders, the Gen-Z features the unmistakable metal plates on the shoulders, which ensure maximum impact protection and promote optimum sliding on the tarmac. The metal plates on the shoulders - a Dainese trademark and exclusive patent - support sliding in the event of a fall, preventing dangerous rollovers. This is a significant difference compared to plastic materials, which wear out more due to abrasion and exert more grip on the tarmac. Gen-Z is characterised by its soft leather, specially developed for this purpose, which offers optimum comfort and excellent abrasion resistance. As with the suits for adults, there is a biaxial elasticated insert on the back to better follow the body's movements and allow maximum freedom when riding.
