The RPHA 91 is HJC's new flip-up touring helmet designed for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO shell (P.I.M. EVO) offers improved impact resistance and is particularly lightweight thanks to the use of reinforcement materials such as carbon aramid, carbon fibre, glass fibre, organic fleece and linen fibre (natural fibre). The new distortion-free HJ-37 visor and the HJ-V17 sun visor ensure clear and improved peripheral vision for the rider. The chin bar locking system has been perfected and now features a hidden locking point that allows for a smooth contact and less pressure on the cheek area. Noise is minimised by the 3D-engineered, low-noise RPHA 91 interior, which is designed to significantly reduce road noise. This also includes the neck pad system, which ensures that noise development is suppressed. The EPS construction is suitable for riders with glasses. The RPHA 91 is also compatible with the second generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems.

Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 approval. The test includes energy attenuation, penetration resistance, structural integrity of the chin strap and labelling requirements for motorbike helmets for road use.

P&J CHIN BAR FEATURES

Possibility to lock the chin bar if you want to ride with it in the open position to ensure a safer ride. The chin curtain can be retracted when the helmet is open to make it easier to put on and reduce wind resistance. In addition, the lower fastening system is automatically concealed in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance. The new two-way swivelling chin bar enables a more compact helmet design (lower than before) and is also open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.

SMART HJC 2. GENERATION

The 2nd generation SMART HJC premium Bluetooth communication system models feature an all-in-one design that is fully integrated into the helmet so you can feel the optimal weight distribution and aerodynamic performance while riding. The SMART HJC 50B and 21B can be installed on RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31 or i71. Developed together with SENA and customised for HJC helmets. *All SMART HJC devices are sold separately.
